Present: 5 - Mayor Cheryl Selby, Councilmember Jessica Bateman,
Councilmember Jim Cooper, Councilmember Julie Hankins and
Councilmember Jeannine Roe
Excused: 2 - Mayor Pro Tem Nathaniel Jones and Councilmember Clark Gilman
2. BUSINESS ITEM
2.A 17-1300 Recognition of Outgoing Councilmembers Hankins and Roe with a Short
Reception to Follow
City Manager Steve Hall made several remarks on behalf of staff. The following people
spoke as well: Doug Mah, Steve Langer, Phil Schulte, Bud Blake, Mike Simmons and
Tom Morrill.
Councilmembers Hankins and Roe made brief remarks.
The recognition was received.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:23 p.m. followed by a brief reception.
