2.A 18-0722 Waste ReSources Update: Briefing on City Organics and Recycling
Programs
Waste ReSources Director Gary Franks and Senior Planner Ron Jones briefed the
Council on the commercial organics and recycling programs.
Councilmembers asked clarifying questions.
The study session was completed.
