Potential quorum of the Olympia City Council at Homeless Reponse Planning Meeting
1. ROLL CALL
Present: 4 - Mayor Cheryl Selby, Mayor Pro Tem Jessica Bateman,
Councilmember Clark Gilman and Councilmember Nathaniel Jones
Excused: 3 - Councilmember Jim Cooper, Councilmember Lisa Parshley and
Councilmember Renata Rollins
2. BUSINESS ITEM
2.A 19-0341 Homeless Response Plan Public Workshop
Citizens participated in a workshop to discuss planning for the needs of residents,
visitors, business owners and individuals experiencing homelessness. The process
brought people together from all parts of our community to identify the best possible
strategies and actions for addressing this incredibly complex challenge. Participants
were given opportunities to share their unique experiences and ideas, engage in
meaningful dialogue, and provide critical input into how we, the community, address
homelessness going forward.
Councilmembers attended as observers.
The discussion was completed.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 11:30 a.m.
