ROLL CALL Present: 7 - Mayor Cheryl Selby, Mayor Pro Tem Jessica Bateman, Councilmember Jim Cooper, Councilmember Clark Gilman, Councilmember Nathaniel Jones, Councilmember Lisa Parshley and Councilmember Renata Rollins 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION 2.A 19-0658 Executive Session Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) - Personnel Matter (City Manager’s Mid-Year Performance Evaluation) Mayor Selby called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. She recessed the meeting to Executive Session at 5:30 p.m. pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) to discuss a personnel matter. She announced the Council would meet no more than 60 minutes and no decisions would be made. The City Attorney was present at the Executive Session. Mayor Selby noted the Council would return at 7:00 p.m. for the regularly scheduled business meeting. The executive session was held and no decisions were made. 3.
