BUSINESS ITEM 2.A 20-0241 2020 Action Plan Update Administrative Services Director Debbie Sullivan discussed the background and lessons learned of the Comprehensive Action Plan. She discussed redefining the Community, Safety & Health Focus Area; launching the Onward Olympia framework; what success looks like and next steps. Councilmembers asked clarifying questions. The study session was completed. 2.B 20-0249 Lee Creighton Justice Center Programming Overview Municipal Court Judge Scott Ahlf gave background on Community Court and Traditional Court. He shared the desire to expand the Community Court program. Assistant City Prosecutor Tye Graham shared space and programming needs for the Prosecutor's office. Public Defense Coordinator Diane Whaley shared space and programming needs for the Public Defender's office. Olympia Police Department Support Administrator Chandra Brady shared space and programming needs of the Olympia Jail. Councilmembers asked clarifying questions. The study session was completed.
