BUSINESS ITEM 2.A 21-0239 Workshop on the Strategic Communications Planning Process Communication Resources Northwest (CRNW) President Meg Winch gave an overview of work being done to develop a strategic communications plan and an organizational analysis. Ms. Winch facilitated a discussion in order to gain a good understanding of City Council’s needs and priorities related to City communications. The City Council weighed in on plan goals and objectives for strategic communication with residents, businesses, partners, and employees; and what they envision as future strategic communications at the City of Olympia.
