City Manager Jay Burney gave a brief introduction to the topic. Department of Enterprise
Services Project Manager Carrie Martin, Department of Enterprise Services Director of
Government Relations Ann Larson, ECONorthwest Project Director Sarah Reich and
Floyd | Snider Senior Environmental Planner Tessa Gardner-Brown gave a briefing on
the Capitol Lake - Deschutes Estuary Funding and Governance Workgroup
recommendation.
Councilmembers asked clarifying questions throughout the presentation.
The study session was completed.
