City Manager Jay Burney, Finance Director Aaron BeMiller, Community Planning &
Development Director Leonard Bauer, Interim Public Works Director Mark Russell,
Water Resources Director Eric Christensen, Interim Drinking Water Utility Director
Susan Clark, and Waste ReSources Director Gary Franks presented information
regarding the proposed 2023 Operating Budget.
Councilmembers asked clarifying questions.
The study session was completed.
