1. ROLL CALL
Present: 7 - Mayor Cheryl Selby, Mayor Pro Tem Clark Gilman, Councilmember
Jim Cooper, Councilmember Yến Huỳnh, Councilmember Dani
Madrone, Councilmember Lisa Parshley and Councilmember Dontae
Payne
2. BUSINESS ITEM
2.A 23-0013 2023 City Council Retreat
Councilmembers continued to discuss the City's priorities for 2023.
Councilmembers discussed Committee assignments and the role of Mayor Pro Tem.
The Council agreed to move forward with approval of Clark Gilman as Mayor Pro Tem
and suggested committee assignments at their next business meeting. They also
discussed their calendar of meeting dates for the year.
The discussion was completed.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 3:00 p.m.
