2.A 23-0092 Washington State Office of Independent Investigations Briefing
Mayor Selby welcomed the team from the Washington State Office of Independent
Investigations (OII).
OII Director Roger Rogoff gave an overview of the legislation creating the OII and the
work that is being done to establish the office to include the creation of protocols,
procedures, training and hiring.
Councilmembers asked clarifying questions.
The study session was completed.
