EXECUTIVE SESSION 2.A 24-1018 Executive Session Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) - Personnel Matter (City Manager’s Performance Evaluation) Mayor Payne called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. He recessed the meeting to Executive Session at 5:01 p.m. pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1) (g) to discuss a personnel matter related to the City Manager's performance evaluation. He announced the Council would meet for no more than 60 minutes and no decisions will be made. He noted the Council would return at 6:00 p.m. for the regularly scheduled business meeting.
