Chair Huỳnh called the meeting to order at 5:40 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: 2 - Chair Yến Huỳnh and Committee member Cheryl Selby
Excused: 1 - Committee member Dontae Payne
3. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
3.A 23-0213 Advisory Committee Interviews
Committee members interviewed applicants for the Parks and Recreation Advisory
Committee, Social Justice and Equity Commission, Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory
Committee, and Utility Advisory Committee in ten minute increments.
Following the interviews, the Committee discussed applicant qualifications and advisory
committee membership.
The discussion was completed.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Chair Huỳnh adjourned the meeting at 9:40 p.m.
