Chair Huỳnh called the meeting to order at: 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: 2 - Chair Yến Huỳnh and Committee member Clark Gilman
Excused: 1 - Committee member Dontae Payne
3. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
3.A 24-0243 Advisory Committee Interviews
Committee members conducted virtual candidate interviews for the Bicycle and
Pedestrian Advisory Committee, the Design Review Board, the Olympia Metropolitan
Parks District Advisory Board and the Utility Advisory Committee.
The discussion was completed.
