CALL TO ORDER Chair Heinricher called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Present: 6 - Chair Jami Heinricher, Boardmember Joseph S LaValle, Boardmember Ingrid Gulden, Boardmember Bassim Kreem, Boardmember Angela Rush and Boardmember Virginia Sorrells 2.A OTHERS PRESENT Community Planning and Development Staff: Associate Planner Catherine McCoy Senior Planner Joyce Phillips 3. ANNOUNCEMENTS - None 4. BUSINESS ITEMS 4.A 19-1117 Downtown Design Guidelines and Related Zoning Code Amendments - Briefing Ms. Phillips briefed the Board on Chapter 1 and 2 of the draft Downtown Design Guidelines. The PowerPoint presentation included major steps to date, public meetings to date, and changes and updates relative to the current downtown design criteria. The Board asked several clarifying questions. Ms. Phillips will return to the Board on January 9, 2020, to brief the Board on Chapters 3 and 4. The discussion was completed. 5. OTHER TOPICS - None 6.
