CALL TO ORDER Chair Heinricher called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. 2. ANNOUNCEMENTS - None 4. BUSINESS ITEMS 4.A 20-0004 Downtown Design Guidelines and Related Zoning Code Amendments - Briefing Ms. Phillips briefed the Board on Chapters 3 and 4 of the draft Downtown Design Review Guidelines. The PowerPoint presentation included major steps to date, public meetings to date, and changes and updates relative to the current downtown design criteria. The Board asked several clarifying questions. Staff noted the draft new chapter in the Unified Development Code, Chapter 18.120, Downtown Design Criteria, will go to the Planning Commission for a public hearing next.
