CALL TO ORDER Chair Sorrells called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Present: 7 - Chair Virginia Sorrells, Vice Chair Roussa Cassel, Boardmember Ingrid Gulden, Boardmember Bassim Kreem, Boardmember Joseph S LaValle, Boardmember Katrina Schmitt, and Boardmember Abigail Twombly 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved. 4. ANNOUNCEMENTS Mr. Ewing announced they are busy working on application submittals and two projects. 5. PROJECT REVIEW 5.A 23-0608 Case: The Cottage Apartments, 23-1942 Presenter(s): Lydia Moorehead, Associate Planner. Glenn Wells, project applicant and architect. Recommended approval subject to following conditions: 1. Provide the following changes and additional information with the detail design review application: a. Add a pedestrian pathway connection from the north building to the solid waste facility. b. Revise site plan and landscaping to reflect a min 10-foot parking lot screening. 2. Provide additional methods to step down massing to the south end of the west elevation of the Building A. 3. Provide additional outdoor open space such as use of the garage roof and/or area near the SVPA.
