Chair Davies called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was approved.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT
Homeowner, Ms. Haselton described her rehabilitation project to the Commission.
4. BUSINESS ITEMS
4.A 22-1072 Special Property Tax Valuation for 101 Olympic Way NW
Heritage Review Committee (HRC), Chair Miller, shared HRC's recommendation that the
historic property at 101 Olympic Way NW has undergone significant rehabilitation that
meets the City's standards for historic preservation.
Commissioner Henley moved, seconded by Commissioner House, to accept
Heritage Review Committee's recommendation and recommend to City
Council for final approval. The motion passed unanimously.
