Vice Chair Miller called the meeting to order at 12:02 p.m.

6. BUSINESS ITEMS
23-0435 Approval of James Martin Warehouse at 115 State Avenue NE to be
listed in the Olympia Heritage Register.
A motion to recommend to the Olympia Heritage Commission that the James Martin
warehouse be listed in the Olympia Heritage Register under criteria A, C, and D. Upon
review of business item 6.B, the motion was rescinded.
The recommendation was tabled.
23-0436 Approval of James Martin Warehouse at 115 State Avenue NE for
Special Property Tax Valuation.
The Committee did not have sufficient information to make a motion.
The recommendation was tabled.
