1. CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chair Davies called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m.

6.A 23-0614 Approval of James Martin Warehouse and Olympian Building at 115
State Avenue NE for Special Property Tax Valuation
The Commission resumed discussions to approve the James Martin Warehouse and

Olympia Building at 115 State Avenue NE for special property tax valuation.
Commissioner House moved, seconded by Commissioner Hull, to recommend
the application for the James Martin Warehouse and Olympia Building Special
Valuation be forwarded to the Olympia Heritage Commission for approval. The
motion passed unanimously.
6.B 23-0531 Recommendation for the Olympia Heritage Commission to approve the
Lackey Duplex at 2711 Adams Street SE to be listed in the Olympia
Heritage Register.
The Commissioners discussed the recommendation for the Olympia Heritage
Commission to approve the Lackey Duplex at 2711 Adams Street SE to be listed in the
Olympia Heritage Register.
Commissioner Hull moved, seconded by Commissioner Stedman, to
recommend the Lillian Lackey Duplex be forwarded to the Olympia Heritage
Commission for approval and listing in the Olympia Heritage Register under
categories B, C and D and retaining integrity of location, setting, design, and
artisanship. The motion passed unanimously.
