COMMITTEE BUSINESS 5.A 17-1112 Urban Design Regulation Update Ms. Buckler presented an update on the process to develop new design guidelines via a PowerPoint presentation. The information was received. 5.C 17-1157 Missing Middle Housing Analysis Update Mr. Bauer presented an update on the Missing Middle Housing Analysis via a PowerPoint presentation. REPORTS AND UPDATES Mr. Stahley informed the Committee of upcoming LUEC meetings and business items. Mr. Bauer reported the Planning Commission has completed the Heron protection recommendation which will be presented before Council on December 5, 2017. Also the Downtown SEPA exemption ordinance recommendation has been completed by the Planning Commission and will be coming before Council for adoption. 7.
