APPROVAL OF MINUTES 4.A 17-1305 Approval of November 16, 2017 Meeting Minutes There was not a quorum present therefore the minutes could not be voted upon. The minutes were postponed to the January 18, 2018 meeting. 5. The report was received. 5.B 17-1277 2017 Code Enforcement Status Report Mr. Grabowski presented a 2017 Code Enforcement status report via a PowerPoint presentation. The report was received. 5.C 17-1264 Street Tree Maintenance Manual Ms. Ray, Ms. Hartman, Mr. McFarland and Mr. Franks presented information on the Street Tree Maintenance Manual via a PowerPoint presentation. A copy of the presentation can be found in the meeting details on the City’s website. The report was received. 6. REPORTS AND UPDATES Mr. Stahley reviewed all the work Councilmember Hankins accomplished on the Land Use and Environment Committee as this was her last meeting as a Councilmember. 7.
