Chair Gilman called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.

6.A 19-0082 Consideration of Draft Land Use and Environment Committee 2019
Work Plan
The draft work plan was presented to the Committee and discussed.
Commissioner Parshley moved, seconded by Chair Gilman, to forward the
2019 work plan as amended to City Council for consideration and approval.
The motion passed ananimously.
6.B 19-0055 Annual Code Enforcement Programs Status Report
Mr. Mahone presented the 2018 annual code enforcement status report.
The report was received.
6.C 19-0087 Boulevard Road Surplus Property Discussion
Mr. Reid provided an overview of City-owned property.
The discussion was completed.
6.D 19-0070 Report on Thurston County Courthouse and Civic Center Siting Options
Mr. Thomas described the County's process of identifying and considering potential sites
within the City of Olympia to address County needs for the next 30 years.
The report was received.
