APPROVAL OF MINUTES 5.A 19-1090 Approval of October 14, 2019 Land Use & Environment Committee Meeting Minutes City of Olympia Page 1 Land Use & Environment Committee Meeting Minutes November 21, 2019 The minutes were approved. 6. COMMITTEE BUSINESS 6.A 19-1055 Annexation Feasibility Study Mr. Smith and Mr. Cooper presented a PowerPoint briefing on a draft feasibility study. The summary included options for fire service transitions from fire districts to the Olympia Fire Department. They discussed an interlocal agreement for fire services. Committee discussion centered on sewer, water, streets and financial impacts. Citizen, Mr. Debord, asked questions regarding whether residents would be required to connect to city sewer after the proposed annexation. The discussion was completed. 7. REPORTS AND UPDATES Mr. Bauer reported the next meeting agenda will focus on 2020 work programs for the Committee and Community Planning and Development planning. 8.
