Chair Madrone called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

6.A 21-1195 Update on Rental Housing Process
Ms. Lenssen and Mr. Robertson gave a presentation on the rental housing process.
The discussion was completed.
6.B 21-1202 Land Use and Environment Committee 2022 Work Plan
Mr. Smith and the Committee discussed the Land Use and Environment Committee Draft
2022 Work Plan.
The discussion was completed.
6.C 21-1198 Community Planning and Development 2022 Work Program
Mr. Smith gave a presentation on the 2022 Community Planning and Development
planning work program.
The discussion was completed.
7. REPORTS AND UPDATES
Committee Member Gilman gave an update on creating less expensive walking routes
and used the ribbon of asphalt that runs from San Francisco Bakery to Reeves Middle
School as an example.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
