Chair Madrone called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

6. COMMITTEE BUSINESS
6.A 22-1074 Sea Level Rise Response Plan Implementation
Mr. Christensen gave a presentation on the implementation of the Sea Level Rise Plan
adopted by the City of Olympia, Port of Olympia and LOTT.
The information was received.
6.B 22-1057 Capital Mall Triangle Subarea Plan
Mr. Ginther gave an update to the Capital Mall Triangle Subarea Plan and Environmental
Impact Statement (EIS).
The discussion was completed.
6.C 22-1059 Rental Housing Registration Program Update
Ms. Lenssen gave an update on the development of a rental registration program.
The discussion was completed.
7. REPORTS AND UPDATES
Mr. Bauer gave an update on items for the December 15,2022 Committee meeting. The
Neighborhood Centers report will not be ready and should be rescheduled for the 2023
work program.
8. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:57 p.m.
