APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT - None 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 5.A 24-0535 Approval of May 9, 2024 Land Use & Environment Committee Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 6. COMMITTEE BUSINESS 6.A 24-0502 Missing Middle Housing Ordinance Updates Ms. Phillips provided background and a briefing on the City's missing middle work. Phase 1 harmonizing ordinance will come before the City Council for consideration at the City of Olympia Page 1 Land Use & Environment Committee Meeting Minutes June 20, 2024 July 9, 2024 City Council meeting. Staff will bring Phase 2 missing middle draft ordinance to LUEC at their meeting on August 15, 2024. The information was received. 6.B 24-0489 Code Enforcement Update Mr. Jensen and Mr. Maurer provided an annual update on the City's code enforcement program and cases addressed in 2023. The information was received. 7. REPORTS AND UPDATES LUEC and staff discussed the 2024 LUEC work program and upcoming agenda items. 8.
