Chair Madrone called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

Staff presented updates on the Housing Element Chapter of the City Comprehensive
Plan.

7. REPORTS AND UPDATES
Mr. Smith presented the list of agenda items for the next meeting on October 17, 2024. The
agenda will include a briefing on the status of the Comprehensive Plan Update - Land Use
Element. Councilmember Cooper provided an update on the Finance Committee meeting
from September 16.
