CALL TO ORDER Chair Cooper called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Present: 3 - Chair Jim Cooper, Vice Chair Jessica Bateman and Boardmember Russ Gies Excused: 2 - Boardmember Jack Seward and Boardmember Caleb Martin 2.A. OTHERS PRESENT Personnel Analyst Carl Watts 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3.A 18-0764 Approval of June 2018 LEOFF 1 Disability Board Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 4. BUSINESS ITEMS 4.A 18-0767 Case #07-18 Medical Request Chair Bateman moved, seconded by boardmember Gies, to approve Case #07-18 in the amount of $1200 for medical treatment. The motion was approved unanimously. 4.B 18-0766 2018 LEOFF 1 Disability Board Policies and Procedures Manual Update Boardmember Gies moved, seconded by Vice Chair Bateman, to approve and adopt the updated 2018 LEOFF 1 Disability Policies and Procedures Manual. The motion was approved unanimously. 5. REPORTS 5.A 18-0765 2018 LEOFF 1 Disability Board Election The election results report was received.
