1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Cooper called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Present: 5 - Chair Jim Cooper, Vice Chair Jessica Bateman, Boardmember Jack
Seward, Boardmember Russ Gies and Boardmember Jody Ramey

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
3.A 18-1073 Approval of August 2018 LEOFF 1 Disability Board Meeting Minutes
The minutes were approved.
4. BUSINESS ITEMS
4.A 18-1074 LEOFF Disability Board Public-At-Large Interviews
The Board interviewed Jody Ramey for the vacant Board position.
Boardmember Gies moved, seconded by Boardmember Seward, to appoint
Jody Ramey as the new Public-at-Large Boardmember. The motion passed
unanimously.
4.B 18-1075 Case #13-18 Medical Request
Boardmember Seward moved, seconded by Vice Chair Bateman, to approve
payment for a lift chair for $2,611.62. The motion was approved unanimously.
5. REPORTS
5.A 18-1072 LEOFF 1 Disability Board Expenses for July and August 2018
The report was received.
