The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
2.A 20-0934 Approval of September 14, 2020, LEOFF Board Meeting Minutes
The minutes were approved.
3. BUSINESS ITEMS
3.A 20-0932 Conduct Interviews for At-Large Board Position
Boardmember Seward moved, seconded by Vice Chair Bateman, to appoint
Mark Hansen as the at-large member,. The motion carried by the following
vote:
Aye: 4 - Chair Cooper, Vice Chair Bateman, Boardmember Gies and
Boardmember Seward
4. REPORTS
4.A 20-0933 Receive LEOFF Expense Report for August and September 2020
The report was received.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Meeting was adjourned at 5:32 p.m.
