APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2.A Approval of April 12, 2021 LEOFF Board Minutes The minutes were approved. 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.A Approval of Case 21-5 Dental Request Vice Chair Hansen moved, seconded by Boardmember Dibble, to approve the dental request in the amount of $1,912.00. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3 - Chair Cooper, Boardmember Dibble and Vice Chair Hansen Excused: 2 - Boardmember Gies and Boardmember Selby 3.B Approval of Case 21-6 Dental Request Boardmember Dibble moved, seconded by Vice Chair Hansen, to approve the dental request in the amount of $6,932.00.
