CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 5:09 p.m. 1.A ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Boardmember Larry Dibble, Boardmember Russ Gies, Vice Chair Mark Hansen and Boardmember Cheryl Selby Excused: 1 - Chair Jim Cooper 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2.A 21-0887 Approval of August 9, 2021 LEOFF Board Minutes The minutes were approved. 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.A 21-0888 Approval of Case 21-8 Dental Request Boardmember Selby moved, seconded by Boardmember Dibble, to approve Case #21-8, dental request in the amount of $17,454.35. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4 - Boardmember Dibble, Boardmember Gies, Vice Chair Hansen and Boardmember Selby Excused: 1 - Chair Cooper 4.
