CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 5:01 p.m. 1.A ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Chair Jim Cooper, Boardmember Larry Dibble, Boardmember Russ Gies and Vice Chair Mark Hansen Excused: 1 - Boardmember Cheryl Selby 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2.A 21-1088 Approval of October 11, 2021 LEOFF Board Minutes The minutes were approved. 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.A 21-1087 Approval of Modification to LEOFF Policies & Procedures for Vison Benefit Boardmember Dibble moved, seconded by Boardmember Gies, to approve the modification to the LEOFF policy for the vision benefit. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4 - Chair Cooper, Boardmember Dibble, Boardmember Gies and Vice Chair Hansen Excused: 1 - Boardmember Selby 4. OTHER TOPICS - None 5.
