Chair Ruse called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.

2.A 19-0563 Property Assessment Based Downtown Improvement District
Mr. Segal gave an informational briefing regarding the draft Downtown Improvement
District (DID) plan, which included a PowerPoint presentation.
The discussion was completed.
