APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3.A 21-0635 Approval of May 26, 2021 PBIA Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes Change "Boardmember" to "Assistant Fire Chief" in Others Present. The minutes were approved as amended. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT - None 5. ANNOUNCEMENTS Mr. DeJarnatt announced the resumption of assessment collections. 6. BUSINESS ITEMS City of Olympia Page 1 PBIA Advisory Board Meeting Minutes July 28, 2021 6.A 21-0639 Lighting Improvements Mr. DeJarnatt shared a presentation regarding lighting improvements in the Downtown area. Boardmember Gavzer moved, seconded by Boardmember Tiegs, to approve the $2,500 budget for the installation of lighting improvements. The motion passed unanimously. 6.B 21-0734 PBIA Meeting Locations Mr. DeJarnatt held a discussion regarding future PBIA meeting location preferences. The discussion was completed. 6.C 21-0731 PBIA Orientation and Communication Mr. DeJarnatt held a discussion regarding PBIA orientation and communication. The discussion was completed. 7. REPORTS 7.A 21-0735 PBIA & OAC Subcommittee Report Chair Ruse reported on the work of the PBIA and Arts Commission subcommittee. The discussion was completed. 8. OTHER TOPICS 8.A 21-0733 Round Table Discussion The Committee held a discussion regarding holiday lighting and the potential closing of streets for Halloween. The discussion was completed. 9.
