The meeting was called to order at 6:37 p.m.

6.A 21-1039 Holiday Lighting
Chair Ruse, Ms. Buckler and Mr. DeJarnatt shared a handout regarding the Downtown
Holiday decor proposal.
Boardmember Tiegs moved, seconded by boardmember Dean to approve
$7000 for lighting projects. The vote carried as follows:
Aye: 6 - Chair Ruse, Boardmember Bruns, Boardmember Dean, Vice Chair
Hammond, Boardmember Stormshak and Boardmember Tiegs
Nay: 2 - Boardmember David and Boardmember Vulva
Absent: 4 - Boardmember Atlas, Boardmember Chambers, Boardmember Carr
and Boardmember Rauh
Abstained: 1 - Boardmember Gavzer
6.B 21-1035 Formation of a Nomination Committee for Upcoming Elections

Mr. DeJarnatt and Boardmember Hammond shared information regarding the formation
of a nomination committee for the upcoming elections. Boardmembers David, Hammond
and Stormshak volunteered.
The discussion was held and closed.
6.C 21-1036 Finalize the 2022 Budget

DRAFT 2022 Budget
Mr. DeJarnatt shared information regarding the finalization of the 2022 budget.
Boardmember Tiegs moved, seconded by Chair Ruse to approve the 2022
budget as amended. The motion passed unanimously.

Chair Ruse reported on the Salmon Art Tour.
