Chair Hammond called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.

6.A 23-0669 Recommendation on the Downtown Improvement District (DID)
Boardmembers continued discussions on the formation of the Downtown Improvement
District (DID).
Boardmember Tiegs moved, seconded by Boardmember Davis, to recommend
the formation of the DID and forward to City Council. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Aye: 7 - Chair Hammond, Boardmember Davis, Boardmember Landis,
Boardmember Ossa, Boardmember Radanovic, Boardmember
Stormshak and Boardmember Tiegs
Nay: 1 - Vice Chair David
Excused: 1 - Boardmember Dean
Absent: 1 - Boardmember Rauh
Abstained: 1 - Boardmember Gavzer
6.B 23-0670 Draft 2024 Budget
The Board discussed the Draft 2024 Budget.
The discussion was completed.

The report was received.
