1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair David called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

3.A 24-0380 Approval of March 06 PBIA Advisory Board Meeting Minutes
The minutes were approved.

5. ANNOUNCEMENTS
Ms. Versaw announced that OPMA training is required for incoming Board members and
will follow up with instructions.

6.A 24-0377 Discuss the 2024 PBIA Work Plan

Boardmembers discussed the 2024 PBIA Work Plan and their shared goals to prioritize
gaining clarity on the Board's purpose as well as increasing ratepayer engagement in
development of the work plan.
The discussion was completed.
6.B 24-0379 Scheduling and Logistics Check-in
Boardmembers discussed meeting frequency and location and requested a vote be
added to the June meeting regarding the issue of changing from Zoom to in-person.
The discussion was completed.
7. REPORTS - None
8. OTHER TOPICS
Boardmembers discussed their experiences at Arts Walk and asked if the City could
provide data on attendance and traffic this year vs. last year.
9. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
