CALL TO ORDER Chair Bateman called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. 1.A ROLL CALL Present: 4 - Chair Carole Richmond, Commissioner Jessica Bateman, Commissioner Roger Horn, and Commissioner Jerome Parker OTHERS PRESENT Community Planning and Development Deputy Director Leonard Bauer 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3A. 15-0891 Approval of September 4, 2015, Planning Commission Finance Subcommittee Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 3B. 15-0892 Approval of September 11, 2015, Planning Commission Finance Subcommittee Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT - None 5. ANNOUNCEMENTS Mr. Bauer reviewed Olympia School District (OSD) Assistant Superintendent Jennifer Priddy's email and discussed the process for commenting directly on the OSD Capital Facilities Plan (CFP). Chair Bateman shared her conversation with Councilmember Cooper about forming a committee to do preliminary analysis of next year's OSD CFP. BUSINESS ITEMS 6B. 15-0893 Discussion of Final Letter on the 2016-2021 Preliminary Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) The Committee discussed language changes and suggestions by Commissioner Horn, and developed consensus on final wording for the letter.
