PROJECT REVIEW 3.A 14-0059 Decision - Saint Michael’s Parish Expansion, 1055 Boundary Street SE, 13-0154 The St. Michael Expansion Conditional Use Permit is approved by the Site Plan Review Committee subject to the following conditions. These conditions must be met prior to permitting, or as specifically noted in the condition. 1. Erosion Control Requirement. Prior to engineering permit, standard erosion control notes consistent with DDECM Appendix II-A must be added to the erosion control plan. 2. Onsite Stormwater Controls. Minimum requirement #5 requires onsite stormwater controls for all roof downspouts. Prior to engineering permit, describe how Roof Downspout Control BMPs, functionally equivalent to those described in Chapter 3 of Volume III, are being implemented. Alternatively, provide a narrative justifying why Roof Downspout Control BMPs are not feasible for this site (e.g. will cause flooding or erosion). 3. Design Review. Submit detailed design review application for each phase with the building permit application. 4. Fire Lane. The fire lane must be maintained at all times (painted, signed, etc.) between the new play shed and the school building. Maintain twenty (20) feet clear width to a height of 13' 6". Fire access lanes must be kept clear during construction. 5. Fire Alarm. Fire alarm systems shall be extended to the additions in the Church and Parish Center. 6. Fire Sprinkler. Fire sprinkler protection shall be extended to the additions in the Church and Parish Center. 7. Hours of Operation/Construction Noise. Pursuant to 18.40.080.C.7, construction activity is restricted to the hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Expiration of Approval Pursuant to 18.60.240 and 18.72.140.B. Unless exercised or otherwise specified, a conditional use permit shall be void one (1) year from the date a notice of final decision was issued. If the use City of Olympia Page 1 Site Plan Review Committee Meeting Minutes January 29, 2014 allowed by the permit is inactive, discontinued or abandoned for twelve (12) consecutive months, the permit is void and a new permit shall be obtained in accordance with the provisions of this title prior to resuming operations. Appeal Procedure Per Olympia Municipal Code 18.75.020.C. Site Plan Review Committee decisions may be appealed by any aggrieved or affected parties. The filing fee for appeals to the Hearing Examiner is $1,000.00. Any appeal must be submitted in writing to the Community Planning and Development Department on forms provided by the Department. If an appeal is filed, no permits will be issued until the administrative appeal is resolved. The decision was approved with conditions as noted. 4. ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 9:30 a m.
