Upcoming master planning efforts by several of the utilities warrants understanding our use of performance measures. The general approach to performance measurement was discussed. Current measures provide a glimpse of readily quantifiable aspects of the utilities. However, we understand that customer service and other work not readily quantified is also key to our success. The UAC discussed the current measures and will be welcoming refinements through the planning processes. The information was provided. 8.
