1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Buffo called the meeting to order.

2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was approved.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
19-0328 Approval of March 7, 2019 UAC Meeting Minutes
The minutes were approved.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT
Bob Jacobs provided comment on transparency in messaging regarding utilities,
especially wastewater and drinking water.
5. ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM UAC AND STAFF
Mr. Haub provided the following updates:

· The UAC welcomed new committee members Cullen Stephenson and Pat
Vernon.
· Mr. Christensen provided an update on some recently completed utility projects.
· Mr. Haub is retiring, so tonight is his last UAC meeting with tomorrow (April 5)
being his last day with the City.
6. BUSINESS ITEMS
19-0329 2019 Wastewater Management Plan
Mr. Christensen, Ms. Utter and Mr. Swartout provided a briefing on the update to the
Wastewater Management Plan. The UAC asked clarifying questions and thanked staff for
the briefing.
Staff will provide the UAC with the draft Wastewater Management Plan in
mid-July for review.
19-0330 Waste ReSources Recycling Program Update
Mr. Jones provided the briefing. UAC members asked several questions and discussed
with staff. The UAC members thanked Mr. Jones for the briefing.
The information was provided.
7. ADJOURNMENT
Chair Buffo adjourned the meeting.
