1. CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chair Bowerman called the meeting to order.

2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was approved.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT - None
4. ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM UAC AND STAFF
Mr. Christensen provided the following announcements:
· The Lifeline rate item before the Finance Committee was postponed from May 15
to October 16. The UAC Chair and willing members are requested to attend the
October 16 meeting to check in with the Finance Committee since they are the
liaison committee to the UAC.
· The City's consultant hired to evaluate the wastewater conveyance system
capacity for the update to the Wastewater utility plan. They determined through
modeling that there are several sewer pipes that are under capacity. Staff is
determining how this affects long-term capital planning and other financial
impacts. Staff will continue to keep the UAC up-to-date on this item.
· In June, the UAC is scheduled to receive a briefing from LOTT Clean Water

Alliance on their 2020 rates and capacity development charges. LOTT has a
biennial budget that was approved in 2018 for the 2019-2020 budgets. No new
information would be provided at the June UAC meeting. The UAC decided it is
not necessary for LOTT staff to provide the same briefing from last year. Staff will
provide the 2018 LOTT meeting materials for their information.
5. BUSINESS ITEMS
19-0405 Briefing on Utility Facilities
UAC members visited the following utility sites:
· Log Cabin Reservoir
· Fones Road Water Booster Station
· Taylor Wetlands Stormwater Facility
· Fir Street Reservoirs
The information was provided.
6. ADJOURNMENT
Vice Chair Bowerman adjourned the meeting.
