Second Reading - Ordinance amending Chapter 70 of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Orange Beach, Alabama, to add a new Article IX entitled, "Bicycles, Micromobility Devices, and Electric Motorcycles". XII. New Business Miscellaneous Resolutions 1. Resolution accepting a negotiated price for Exotic Invasive Plant Species Removal, Native Landscaping, Monitoring and Education for the Coastal Resources Department from Coogan Enterprises LLC (dba Coogan Lawn and Landscape LLC) in the amount of $98,342.60. 2. Resolution awarding the bid for a Work Skiff for the Coastal Resources Department to Roberts Welding, LLC, in the amount of $94,480. 3. Resolution authorizing the execution of a cooperative agreement with the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) for the city to provide permitting, regulating, monitoring, and inspection services. 4. Resolution awarding Segeant Joey Brown his duty weapons and badge as part of his retirement benefits. 5. Resolution authorizing the execution of a software service agreement with Motorola Solutions, Inc., for a FLEX subscription suite for the Police Department. 6. Resolution authorizing the execution of a services agreement with Whelen Engineering Company, Inc., for patrol vehicle software for the Police Department. 7. Resolution authorizing the execution of a professional services agreement with Adams Stewart Architect, LLC, for architectural services. 8. Resolution authorizing the execution of a task order with Adams Stewart Architect, LLC, to provide architectural design and engineering services for a Hurricane Safe Room for First Responders in an amount not to exceed $306,000. 9. Resolution reappointing Bill Brett to the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Tourism Board of Directors. 10. Resolution authorizing the execution of a participation agreement with the Municipal Workers Compensation Fund, Inc. 11.
