This Project has received a Variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals and Approval from the A.O.D. 2. C.E. #71, V/L adjacent to 5196 Ellicott Road, located on the south side of Ellicott Road, Zoned A-1. Mr. Lawrence Bochen is seeking to extend the Conservation Easement on 10 acres of land for 30 years. (SBL# 185.05-3-3). Conservation Board to assign a member to complete a Site Visit.
