Nick Pittas is proposing to construct a self-storage facility with an office. (SBL# 161.19-2-1) 3. P.B. File #27-2022, Birdsong Part 2, located at the terminus of Rock Dove Lane. Birdsong Lakes LLC, David Capretto is requesting to rezone property from R-1, to R-1 CMO, (Conservation Management Overlay District).
