Crafted Concepts is seeking Planning Board Acceptance of Pre Application Findings. 2. P.B. File#04-26, 6565 Webster Road, located on the south side of Webster and east side of North Buffalo Street. (SBL#s 162.09-1-44, 162.09-1-46). Applicant is seeking to place 17.31+/- acres into a nature trust, with a new building to house maintenance equipment, a bathroom for use by maintenance people, and water available to hose down equipment. Plan was approved by the A.O.D. at its March 30, 2026 meeting. 3. P.B. File #02-26A, 3129 Orchard Park Road, located in the old Valu plaza, Project Phase 2, Zoned B-2. Bevilacqua Development is seeking Planning Board approval of a parking lot expansion to a total number of 186 parking spaces and an additional proposed 16 “banked” parking spaces, and associated site improvements. (SBL #152.12-4-8 & 9). CONCEPT REVIEW: No Action Will Be Taken 1. P.B. File #34-24, Lexington Heights (Birdsong Parts 4 & 5), a proposed 129-Lot Subdivision upon 125 +/- acres of land located west of Transit Road and north of Jewett Holmwood Road, Zoned R-1 with a Conservation Management Overlay (CMO). (A portion of SBL#173.04-2 25.11). Applicant to discuss changes to layout including an elimination of connectivity to the larger Birdsong Subdivision.
