Public Hearing regarding an Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to rezone V/L CMO proposed 86 lots, 63.7 +/- acres of land known as Birdsong, Part 5, Zoned R-1, to R-1 Conservation Overlay Management District (CMO) designation as petitioned by David Capretto, Forbes Homes. IV PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* V NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign the 2024 Parks & Grounds Agreement with Orchard Park Little Loop Football. 2. Town Board to appoint a Compost Facility Manager/Working Crew Chief of the Compost Facility. 3. Town Board to appoint a full-time seasonal non-exempt employee to the Compost Facility. 4. Town Board to appoint a Senior Engineer Assistant to the Engineering Department. 5. Town Board to appoint an additional Senior Engineer Assistant to the Engineering Department. 6. Town Board to appoint seasonal summer help to the Engineering Department. 7. Town Board to authorize the advertisement for the vacant Senior Engineer Assistant position in the Engineering Department.  8. Town Board to authorize the advertisement for the vacant Principal Engineer Assistant positions in the Engineering Department. 9. Town Board to authorize the advertisement for the vacant Junior Engineer position in the Engineering Department. 10. Town Board to adopt the Traffic Order authorizing the posting of a 25mph speed limit sign on Bieler Road. 11. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign agreement with Passero Engineering Architecture for professional services regarding Bieler Road Traffic Engineering Services.
