Public Hearing regarding rezoning 5.5 acres of land of V/L on Milestrip Road, Zoned B-2, SBL #153.17-1-1.1. Requesting to rezone from B-2 to R-3, as requested by Bend Creek Development. IV PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* V NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to approve a block party request for a portion of South Lane on August 3, 2024. 2. Town Board to appoint Suzanne Kelly as a part-time Court Clerk. 3. Town Board to appoint Courtney Miller as a full-time Court Clerk. 4. Town Board to appoint Brody Stevens as a seasonal part-time caretaker with the Maintenance Department. 5. Town Board to approve the appointment of Shawn Maloney to the Orchard Park Special Districts Department.  6. Town Board to approve the appointment of Michael Hosie to the Orchard Park Highway Department. 7. Town board to appoint Christina Warmington to Senior Public Safety Dispatcher. 8. Town Board to approve the appointment of Adam Houle as the Assistant Recreation Director. 9. Town Board to approve the appointment of 2024 part time Seasonal staff to the Orchard Park Recreation Department. 10. Town Board to approve a change of status for two employees in the Maintenance Department. 11. Town Board to adopt the Climate Smart Communities Pledge. 12. Town Board to approve a temporary moratorium on issuing Peddler’s Permits. 13. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to execute the estimate/invoice dated March 14, 2024 for a new 4” gas line downstream of the meter to the proposed generator sets at the Orchard Park Community Activity Center. 14. Town Board to approve the PIP #2024-03 for the Birdsong Part 3B Subdivision Phase 2B. 15. Town Board to award the contract to Greenauer Blacktop Inc for construction of the Orchard Park Little League 90ft. Baseball Diamond Thorn Ave. Duerr Road Facility Project (General Construction Contract). 16. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign an agreement with LaBella Associated D.P.C. for professional services for Orchard Park Pedestrian Walkability Project.
