Town Board to authorize the Town attorney to proceed with the dedication of public improvements in Riley Meadows West Subdivision Phase 3PIP #2023-02 and authorize the Town Clerk to release the performance security. 2. Town Board to authorize NYSEG to connect seven (7) LED decorative light fixtures on Autumn Lane in the Riley Meadows West Subdivision Phase 3 PIP #2023-03. V PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* VI NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to approve the Stable Permits for Bella Cavallo Stables and Jaxon’s Sky Equestrian Center LLC. 2. Town Board to approve a change of status for Alex Ensminger. 3. Town Board to appoint Connor Moran to the promotional position of Assistant Principal Engineer. 4. Town Board to appoint Zacharie Sucrese to the promotional position of Assistant Principal Engineer.  5. Town Board to approve the Supervisor to sign the Letter of Authorization for Erie County Real Property Tax Unpaid Items. 6. Town board to authorize the Highway Superintendent to accept the results of the auction from auctions International. 7. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with the Orchard Park Police Benevolent Association. 8. Town Board to approve a Budget Transfer for the Orchard Park Police Department. 9. Town board to schedule a Public Hearing for the Tentative 2025 Budget for November 6, 2024. at 7PM at the Orchard Park Municipal Building 10. Town Board schedule a Public Hearing regarding the possible use of 2024-2025 Community Development Block Grant Funds for November 6, 2024 at 7PM at the Orchard Park Municipal Building 11. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing regarding rezoning V/L Lake Ave. from R-3 to I-1 for November 6, 2024 at 7PM at the Orchard Park Municipal Building. 12. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing for a Local Law regarding amending §101 Peddling, Soliciting, Transient Business and Mobile Food Vending for November 6, 2024 at 7PM at the Orchard Park Municipal Building.
